Booking and Payment
To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required at the time of booking.
The balance must be paid 30 days before the departure date. We accept payments through our website via:- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, etc.
- Mobile Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay.
- Bank Transfers: ACH, SEPA.
- Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna, Afterpay.
- Cryptocurrency

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your booking, the following applies:
- 90% of the total cost is refunded if canceled 60 days and more before departure.
- 60% of the total cost is refunded if canceled 30 to 59 days before departure.
- 30% of the total cost is refunded if canceled 15 to 29 days before departure.
- No refund if canceled less than 14 days before departure.
- Cancellation by Company: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another trip.
- Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your booking, the following applies:

Changes to Bookings
If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Travel Insurance
We request that all clients have an international travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate coverage.

Responsibilities and Liabilities
- Company Responsibilities: We will provide the services as described in your booking confirmation. We are not liable for any events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political unrest.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients must ensure they have valid travel documents, comply with local laws, and follow the instructions of our guides.

Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in the activities included in their trip. Please consult your doctor regarding any vaccinations or health precautions needed for you for a specific destination.
