Depending on the season, roll up your sleeves and join in the preparation of traditional Lebanese mouneh (traditional practice of preserving seasonal fruits, vegetables, and dairy products through drying, pickling, or fermenting to ensure food availability year-round).
Learn the secrets of making makdous, a delicious preserved eggplant pickle, or other seasonal preserves that have been passed down for generations.

End your day with a visit to Atelier Assaf, a cultural and artistic hub dedicated to preserving Lebanese heritage.
