Breakfast & Saj Making
Kickstart your day with a traditional Saj breakfast at a small, family-owned home bakery. Breakfast will begin at 10:00 am, as the journey takes approximately 2 hours. You'll also have the opportunity to learn and try your hand at shaping and baking Saj dough yourself.
For wine enthusiasts, enjoy an optional wine-tasting at Noujaim’s home micro-winery.

Explore Maasser el Chouf & Baadaran
Walk through the majestic Cedars of Maasser el Chouf forest, learn about the region’s biodiversity and conservation efforts. Then explore Baadaran’s village unique hidden gems. Meet Nazih Baz, a skilled craftsman who will introduce us to the traditional and endangered craft of silk and wool weaving, known as Nol weaving.

Your day host will assist you in selecting the best dishes to ensure you experience a diverse range of Lebanese flavors.
