We’ll begin our day with a hearty breakfast at a beloved local restaurant known for its traditional foul, creamy hummus, and balila. It’s loud, friendly, and absolutely delicious, a true taste of the city.

Old Town Guided Walk
This is where Tripoli’s magic lives.
Led by a local, we’ll walk through the Mamluk and Ottoman quarters. vibrant souks, ancient mosques, decorative facades, mashrabiya balconies, and carved wooden doors. Tripoli’s old town is one of the best-preserved examples of Arab-Islamic architecture in the region.
Throughout the walk we’ll step into three historic hammams,each one whispering stories of traditions and rituals

Citadel of St. Gilles - Fortress on the Hill
Perched high above the city, this 12th-century crusader fortress watches over the maze below.
We’ll explore the thick walls, hidden passageways, and panoramic views from the top.

Ghosts of Modernism - Niemeyer’s Abandoned Fair
Next, we’ll step into something completely different.
At the edge of Tripoli lies an abandoned architectural dream.
The International Fair of Tripoli was designed in the 1960s by Brazilian legend Oscar Niemeyer. Meant to showcase Lebanon’s modern future, it was unfortunately never finished.
Now, it stands silent and overgrown. It is a surreal space of domes, brutalist elements, and concrete curves. It’s haunting but deeply beautiful.

Late Lunch and Sweet Finale
Tripoli knows how to treat you right.
We’ll sit down at the city's iconic home of traditional sweets, Lebanon’s most famous dessert house, for a late lunch, and a sweet finale featuring a selection of delicious sweets.
